School.. Hectic. Tutorials. Increasing workload. Mid term tests. Whatever.
Yep. School-work life is starting to suck totally when it comes to tests/studying. I never seem to understand certain topics, and the more i read them, the more confused i get. Well whatever. Next week is recess week. Yay! Holiday... as if. It just gives you more time to mug for everything, considering the fact that I have 5 bloody mid terms (while some only have abt 2-3). And must i say the test schedule sucks too?
Well, yeah. That's the homework/tutorial/tests/exams side of school. Other than that, it has been quite alright. Think more people are getting crazier. Mabell brought her "pet dog" on monday which took a picture with my bear hung on my bag.
Thursday's econs tutorial ended in 25mins, so peng siang and i were looking at our friend learning french. Peng siang kept repeating "what is your name" all the way to math lec and even said "i love you" in french not to his gf, but to oliver. HAHA. Today is engin day! So much for engin day. Because i still had lessons till 4pm. Nevertheless, after switching math tutorial over to monday, i had time to slack/study till mle tutorial at 1pm. The only good thing was that i didnt have to rush back to engin after that. Well, whatever.
There goes weekend life and life for the next two weeks. I miss you... And am looking forward to achieving my short term goal of surving my mid terms...~

I don't want to say how school was this week. Because if i did, i'd be repeating the same words/phrases for the next four years of my life.
So let's just start with monday. Studied outside LT6 for break. Fred came to join (disturb) us. He just couldnt stop talking. Lol! Chiong-ed home after school. Tuesday's physics gem tutorial was quite good! So far the best tutorial i've had. He totally explained and clarified everything. And the infra-red clicker thing was super cool. Ate at Sci with mabell, oliver and jianting. They followed me to the ulu lt32 to wait for my lec. Wednesday's econs lec...zZzz. Didnt know what he was talking about.
Studied in a mosquito infested area on thursday during the hour break. Oliver was seriously talking too much that i cldnt do my tutorial. RaR!! haha. Met dear for dinner before i went home. Was early in school for math tut on friday. Gosh, only the tutor was there! After tut poor reynold was targetted because of what he did the day before to oliver. Both of them were super gao siao all the way to lunch. After lunch we went to the lib to look for cheryl who was studying with mohawk... bought a brownie for her to celebrate her b'day! Whispered the "happy birthday" song to her in the library, with a straw for a candle and a fork for a knife! After lessons ended, took 96 with ps and his frens to clementi. They were talking abt horror movies! Argh! Made me so disgusted. Lucky i got down earlier than them. Ha. Met dear for dinner! =)

Almost dead after the third week of school.
Tired out.
Went to study at E2 during the break on monday. Oypz claims we pang seh-ed him during lunch when we actually found ken & friends to accompany him! Marcus was obsessed with his new laptop screen, cleaning it every now and then thus was vulnerable to our attacks towards his computer screen. Haha. Chiong-ed home after lecture in fear of the jam... and yes! I breezed thru the way home. Went to school on tuesday just for a 2hr genes & soc lecture which wasnt of much use because it was mainly the history of bio (why am i even taking a bio module in the first place?). Joined marcus, cheryl, oliver, reynold after that for dinner at 1630h. They all went for SS lecture and i went for campus crusade meeting.
Wednesday was really eventful because in the morning, i ran for the damn train i fear of missing the bus. And i sprinted for the damn bus in fear of being late. Super tired by the time i was on the bus to school at 7am in the morning. How nice. Studied with huilin, my econs lec buddy after lecture ended till about 12. And took a bus to meet dear. It started raining very very very very very very heavily which made my jeans really wet that i had to buy shorts to wear at vivo. Watched Wall-E! It was quite good!! And super cute.
Frantically searched for a friend during my 3 hour break on thursday because the usual gang of people had tutorials! Found marcus, ate and studied with him, but i was still left alone for an hour before econs tut. And speaking of econs tut... it was -.- Now i understand why people were saying tutorials were really really bad. Lucky there was peng siang in the same tut class with me.
Friday was a mad rush. And very stressful. Maths tut in the morning was quite alright. MLE was not bad as well.... think he's the best tutor so far. So after MLE tut, i, together with reynold and many other people rushed all the way to science fac for lecture. Stupid bus was damn crowded. Sat with darren during the lecture in which i was daydreaming but still trying my best to concentrate. Darren was doing the math past year papers! Argh. Stressed. Then rushed back again to engin for mle lecture. Super shag. And MLE sucks! totally! gosh. now i understand why cheryl hates it. haha.
After school, went to central with wenrong, cheryl & baojun for engin bash. Met mohawk guys and went to gotham penthouse. Super bored before the pageant started. Hitesh was the emcee! Anyway, still not very interesting during the pageant. Ha. Tried bourbon coke which was super disgusting and bitter to aiping (her expression was super cute!). Boo's whiskey dry was not bad too! Dear fetched me back... apparently my face was red and hot but i didnt realise it because i was a bit high. But came home and fell asleep super fast.

And... LeanMay is still alive after her second week of school!! *clap clap clap*
Not sure about next week.
Monday was alright. Mugged for my 3 hour break. Actually mabell was doing her tutorial and i was slacking. So after lecture ended for the day, cheryl, peng siang, reynold, marcus, oliver and i all took 151 home. First, bloody crowded bus, so we went to kent ridge terminal to take the bus. Second, buses like 151A (which terminated at turf city) & 151e (which was the expensive $1+ bus) kept coming. Finally when we managed to get onto the bus (which was light years later and people like reynold were getting super anxious), we got into a jam. Yeah. We so needed it. So on the bus, we were teasing reynold about his weird behaviour on msn, by saying "hello reynold!" in the middle of the conversation. Marcus made a wrong decision to take the bus with us when he had a straight bus to school. Sad. My entire journey home took about 2 hrs. Lucky there was dear to accompany me when i changed bus. =)
No lessons on tuesday! I rawk! But i still ended up in school at 6pm for engin/sde campus crusade vision tea. Nice bunch of people... and the whole session was pretty good. Uni might be tough, but i'm going to put my trust in Him to get me through this 4 years. And thru this 4 years, I want to be able to serve Him even if it's just a small role. Met reynold at the same bus stop on the way home. He had waited 1 HOUR for his bus! Poor guy. I felt totally lame on wednesday, going to school just for a 2hour lecture, because i could go for lecture, eat brunch in school and still make it home before 12pm on wednesday. Well, ate the famous laksa yong tau foo at FASS! Not bad!! And super cheap!
Upapa mugging session during the 4 hour break on thursday with fred, marcus, mabell, cheryl, oliver, ronald, reynold. I was attempting to do econs tutorial while the others were doing math. Let's say we all almost died. Mabell can be our teacher already. After lecture, the few of us stayed back to watch fencing! While waiting at YIH for peng siang and marcus to print notes, we were at the student lounge, talking about MAPLESTORY. Actually it was more of me, cheryl, mabell and ronald. We were super engrossed in talking about it that oliver & reynold just sat there with blank and bored faces. We attempted to change topic... only to be led back to maplestory. Then we went to MPSH to watch fencing, actually to watch cheryl fence! And the whole group of us just stood there watching and speaking in korean/jap. Yea. All because mabell's taking korean. Went home with oliver, reynold, peng siang. This time no jam. Yay!
Went to school 1 hour early today to meet several mohawks to play bball! Bernard, soo guan, robin, zhiren, puva, wen rong, bao jun were there. I was an hour late. Ha. Soo guan gave us a lift to our various venues for lecture. I was late for mle lecture. And my goodness, I must say today's 2 hour mle lecture was the most difficult lecture i've had. And yeah, i expect worse to come since it's only the 2nd week. Gave me a headache visualising all the atoms (A-toms!). And got stuck in a jam again all the wa to harbourfront. ARGH. Got super pissed off. Met dear for dinner at kovan.
Tutorials start next week. BOOOOO!!!!

I survived my very FIRST week of university!! Let's see, counting down, I still have... 4 YEARS MORE.
well basically i've talked about monday and tuesday, so let's start with wednesday. I woke up at 6am, just like your average sec/jc student. I went for econs lecture, just like in jc. Only that i was alone. -.-''' Found out that iggy, peng siang & soo guan were taking principle of econs as well, but they were all in diff lectures. Made a new friend from computing! She lives near me. Yay! Went to buy 2nd hand textbook from YIH which was a real fish market. Then went to meet May (yay! same name) from campus crusade. It's time i get more involved in my own faith. Intended to go home after that. But i met Yingle at the bus stop, who was going to meet huihua at techno edge for lunch.
Since i hadnt seen them for the past who knows how long, i decided to join them. Really nice chatting with them, esp when you meet old friends in a new environment. Makes you feel more comfortable. Sharon joined after her lecture. Went home after that, only to go out again after that. Busy? yeah i know.
A four hour break on thursday. Thanks. I so (didnt) need it. Physics gem lecture was supposedly 2 hours, but it finished in 45 mins... leaving us with nothing much to do for the next 5 hrs. Naturally, being a hard core mugger who hasnt mugged for the past 8 mths, I, together with mabell and oliver sat in the lt doing our math tutorial (and got 'scolded' by people after that for being chao muggers).
School was TWO hours long on friday. And only started at 4pm. People were watching olympics in the lt. Singapore's in the finals! Yay! Oh anyway, the release of the movie: HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF BLOOD PRINCE has been postponed to JULY 17 2009. I made a big hoo haa about it when i heard it on the radio in the car. Fortunately no one was there. Or else people would have thought i was crazy. Thanks. That's one year from now.
Ok it's the weekend! I shall be good and stay at home and MUG. haha. Yeah. Scold me. Good luck for your exam dear!~

It's the second day of school!! And i'm at home. yeah. call me a slacker. but i have no lessons!
Well, school yesterday was okay. Was in school at 10am for lecture with mabell & oliver, who didnt know how to use his wireless on his notebook! noob! haha. Then i went running with cheryl and mabell during the 3 hour break! actually, they ran, i walked. Ate lunch at technoedge (sounds like a com lab) and went for a 3hr lecture. Sat with upapa!! yay! Totally wanted to fall asleep in the first lecture. Now i know why we totally NEED laptops in uni. You may say: Laptops are needed for assignments & following lectures. I say: Laptops are used to surf facebook, watch youtube and play games during lecture because without it no one would be awake! Maths lecture wasnt that bad.. at least we learnt something that day. Ha.
Found someone in my class who's taking a module with me! yay! finally. and will be balloting for econs tut with soo guan. Hopefully we get the same tut class! Because i havent found anyone in the same econs lecture as me. *Sobs* But anyway, mabell, oliver and i got the same tut class for the physics module! yay! and we got our first choice. how heng is that? considering the heng-suay basis for balloting of tutorials.
Anyway, after lecture ytd, went with cheryl to meet mohawk for outing and to cel wen rong's birthday! Went to our so called 'favourite' place. Vivo. I've gone there like umpteen times these 2 months. We ate dinner upstairs and cam whored the whole night. Seriously, we did just that. Ai Ping, Ri Hao & i took a lift back home from soo guan who drove. yay!
Argh. It's waking up at 6am tmr! Bleahs. But anyway, i'm still glad for the ppl i know and to be able to sit tgt with during lecture! but school starting means being able to spend less time with dear... =(

CheSS Camp 2008 - u N i Unleashed
15-18 July
Day One
Made my way to NUS - ALONE! was a bit late because there was a jam. but many were later. anyway, my group - Upapa, house - osim. there's 9 guys, 3 gals & 4 ogls. learnt some cheers and some horny ones. haha. then went to put down our bags at KR. one room per person! the room's quite small, with one bed and a study table. quite lonely. lunched, then had SP activity 1. well, my code name is 'jill' and so my SP is 'jack'. haha. talked to him mainly abt his experience at his sports camp.
then station games & war games. war games were when we got wet. some of which were super funny and super violent. sabo-ed fred by dirtying him with soya sauce & toothpaste. haha. because we were bought by shaun into doing that to fred. then a final game where we kept throwing water bombs. dinnered then night games! it was quite interesting in the sense that we had to find straws in a field while trying to steal other groups 'lifelines' and people at our base had to protect a candle flame from being extinguished. played for a while then went to rest so was playing games with the rest of the grp.
after everything, our grp went to eat supper... where it wasnt only us but many ogs. met serene & ah ruo! was really glad to see them. walked back. slept at 3am.
Day Two - Amazing race
woke up at 7am. ate breakfast and started amazing race! our first station was at yong siew toh conservatory of music, where we had to find our next station. turned out to be chinatown, so took a bus there. were telling a lot of jokes on the bus. reached there, had to find temples and take pics of it. seriously our grp was damn slack. kept taking pics esp with zlk fred & ig. strolled up and down finding the places. then went to URA building where we stood there for quite long at the model of singapore finding our own houses. da bao-ed lunch from maxwell. then proceeded to city hall - ROM. had to dress a 'bride & groom' which were mabell & engfa. sabo-ed fred again, courtesy of shaun.
our next station was at farrer park. but we went into central to eat ice cream! sat there eating for a long time. ICE CREAM BREAK! we were informed that our next station (which was climbing) was closed because we took too long. so to the next station! bishan park! slept on the bus ride there. it felt so good! we had to fly a kite there! while the others were attempting to get the kite in the air, the rest were building a structure for throwing eggs. one person - which happened to be me - had to use the pail to catch the eggs. caught 3 outa 5. then went to the prawn farm to do prawn fishing! caught 2 only. ig ran out of patience because it took so long. haha.

back to nus, were waiting for our turn for fright night. so played double wacko - with chinese names! it was really really funny. then fright night. went in with marcus. it was more shocking than scary. anyone with a weak heart would have gotten a heart attack. met reynold on the way, and went into a room that had to eat rice that was supposedly really cold and hard. reynold wanted to spit it out after coming out of the room because there was a dustbin at the side. while he was doing that, he got scared by mabell & ronald. so he spit his rice all over the floor! ended up laughing like mad. went to wait for the other grp members, saw ig jump out of his skin and screaming. haha. super funny. overall, fright night was more funny than scary. went back to sleep. slept a bit after 2am.

woke at 7.15am. after breakfast, took the bus to sentosa! and yes, there was more picture taking. first was telematch, then station games. most needed pairing and piggy-backs. ultimate frisbee was violent but the other games were fun! got thrown into the water by the guys. wanted to get wet because it was super hot. in the end mabell & cheryl got thrown in too. oh yeah. both fred and ig got dunked as well as tau pok-ed. haha. lunched, then went for another round of beach games! it was super fun... played 'wu gui wi gui tiao' with another og. and oliver beat 11 people consecutively! he became the 'wu gui wang'! haha. then some marshmallow game, where i partnered peng siang and he lost his specs in the water. but we managed to find it! the last game was a memory game where we really sabo-ed the other group. poor thing. and lastly, telematch. we had to build our own sandcastles, grp by grp and bomb other grp's sand castles. the group with the highest would win. so basically, osim, viand & manga allianced to target retro. kept bombing them. but i must say they were really good!
then washed up and made our way back to nus. by that time, we were really burnt. but really had lots of fun. changed into our clubbing clothes and went down for dinner with our SPs. my SP's name was derick... and we were sitting beside chew har & her SP who cldnt stop talking! kept laughing. after that took the bus to DXO. fred was super high on the bus and he hadnt even started drinking. anyway, mabell and lynette didnt bring their ic, so cldnt get in. had the pageant which cheryl was in, then started dancing. fred was still super high without drinking. the rest went back to sit down, leaving me, liling, oliver and fred on the dance floor.

wanted to sleep, but we went to change and met at the KR lobby again to play more games after reaching nus. the girls didnt wanna play any game that had to move about, altho ig & fred were still super awake. kept wanting to do the ecstasy cheer. haha. ordered macs. and played zhong ji mi ma with bbq, sweet & sour, chili, curry sauce, coke, sprite & water. EeeWww! were playing 'stock market' with poker cards and coins, so the security guard mistook it for gambling. haha! finally got chased off by the security guard because he said it was late. so went to sleep at 4 plus. mabell cldnt get into her room because her fren was asleep and cldnt wake up. so slept in the room with me. fell asleep within 5min.
Day four
woke up at 8.15am. ate breakfast and went to lt15 for debrief and prize presentation. after everything, we walked to science block to eat lunch at megabitez cafe. cldnt finish my chicken chop, mabell cldnt finish her fries. fred said we might as well had shared. took 151 back with cheryl, peng siang, fred, oliver & ig. they were still trying to guess the location game thing. haha. chatted till all of us got down. came home to sleep!
overall, camp was not bad! shagged but quite fun, esp beach games. enjoyed myself and made new friends, friends that i will be seeing for the next 4 yrs. cheers! ~
15-18 July
Day One
Made my way to NUS - ALONE! was a bit late because there was a jam. but many were later. anyway, my group - Upapa, house - osim. there's 9 guys, 3 gals & 4 ogls. learnt some cheers and some horny ones. haha. then went to put down our bags at KR. one room per person! the room's quite small, with one bed and a study table. quite lonely. lunched, then had SP activity 1. well, my code name is 'jill' and so my SP is 'jack'. haha. talked to him mainly abt his experience at his sports camp.

i think i've been going out too often the past week. but i wont have time to do so after school starts!
nevertheless, stayed at home last mon & tue. got so bored after that i was so desperate to get out of the house on wed. so followed cal to ntu for her medical check up. took really long to find the place. after that we walked to the student svc centre and got lost! haha. ntu & nus seriously have a lot of stairs. so after everything, didnt wanna find a bus, so took a cab to jurong point. ate lunch and started shopping! bought a yellow shorts & 2 tops there. then went to town to meet cal's fren, grace. went shopping again, bought 2 tops fr mango, a bag (which only cost $9.90, cal bought one too), and a belt. grace was telling us abt her orientation camp and the things they made her do. had dinner, then went to ps to find a gift for both cal's and my SP. raRr... was so tired by then.
went out again on thu. simply blissful. =)
stayed at home on friday or not mom will start nagging. started packing for camp and clearing my room. met cal & wil on sat. cal wanted to buy laptop. went to see her vaio which wil and i discouraged her to buy, so went to centre point & ps to look. actually wil did all the work... while two clueless girls were just standing there and pretending to listen. did a bit (or maybe a lot) of shopping in between. decided to get an acer in the end, together with the free accessories. didnt stay to watch her purchase it, went to kovan to meet wols!! waited for all of them for the longest time. and i was starving. haha. anyway, went to grapevine to eat. and while eating, my ogl for camp called! he said to wear a green shirt on the 1st day, supposedly my house colour. and what a relief, because cal & i had bought a green tee earlier! so at least i had something green to wear.
anyway, shafik kept asking me about stuff, then i kept shooting qns to raf as well. haha. edwin came late, shafik left for timbre (damn, he knows the manager). so after eating and much chatting, we played photohunt with pics of hunks & babes. omg. haha. super perverted. after that had to go home early, so raf gave jaime, edwin and i a lift back home. missed the laughter we had before and am really glad that we met up!
sunday, after church, went to meet cal at east coast to cycle. went to eat gelare before that. we ate LF strawberry cheesecake yoghurt (cal says LF stands for 'lots of fats'). haha. cycled to one end of east coast park then cycled back, and wil hadnt arrived by then! cal was quite good at cycling alr! yay! then wil came, and cycled to the other side of east coast park. wil kept bullying cal by cutting into her lane... so i avenged her. haha. stopped to look at people wake boarding or something. so cool. after that cycled back to return the bikes. sat at macs watching cal wrap her gift then went to china town to eat dinner. cal and i were super anxious abt camp the whole day. so went home after that.
cal called me this morning while i was still asleep. understood her anxiety so talked to her before her camp started. went back to sleep after that. anyway, ah ruo has gone for camp too. and i'll be going tmr! it's my turn to get anxious and nervous, esp when i'm going alone. havent gone for camp in a long time. hopefully i'll survive it. haha. rarrR!

30June08, monday - Mine & Cal's last day at work! Worked half day, gave out presents during lunch and packed up. Aww... sad. Gave grace's and wil's present last, wanted to trick them into thinking we didnt buy anything for them. Ha. Anyway, they (or rather pao did the shopping) bought cal a top & green cardigan from bugis street, and a bag for me. Thanks!! =) Went for lunch at tp with maria, grace & wil, ate pasta mania! The perms rushed back to office, leaving cal and i to hand in our time sheets and to go shopping!
tue/wed/thu - went out everyday. mom started scolding me.
Friday - went to east coast park with wil & cal, to teach cal how to ride a bike. i cycled while watching wil support cal on the bike. She kept screaming. haha! Cycled for three hours, before changing to blading. Was tired by then, so didnt blade much. Sat with cal looking at the ns guys running. She was looking for tall, dark & handsome guys. HAHA. Went for dinner after that then went home because we were all tired.
Saturday - Went to help out with ah ruo at some event yq was organising. $60 extra to spend on! haha. So went to fort canning park. Was packing the door gifts then went to make ice kachang! Ah ruo was doing the ice shaving, while i put the toppings & the syrup (which was super super sweet). Did that the whole day. Ah ruo was telling me about her arts camp which sounded pretty fun. She kept singing all the perverted cheers. And made more ice kachang. Anyway, our dinner was one hot dog bread and french fries. Helped them pack up at the end of the day. Yq looked pretty tired, poor gal! She had so few hours of sleep. By the time we left it was past 10pm.
Sunday - Mom & Dad went out. No dinner, so i went out. =)
So yeah. I'm staying home today in order not to get scolded for going out everyday. Next week's chem & env eng camp! ~

Friday - went to east coast park with wil & cal, to teach cal how to ride a bike. i cycled while watching wil support cal on the bike. She kept screaming. haha! Cycled for three hours, before changing to blading. Was tired by then, so didnt blade much. Sat with cal looking at the ns guys running. She was looking for tall, dark & handsome guys. HAHA. Went for dinner after that then went home because we were all tired.

okAy. My so called last full week at work. maria asked us to ot mon-wed. We said okay for tue & wed. Did not ot on tuesday. Instead, =). Boss and maria were not in on wed, oh yea. naturally we slacked & rebelled. Farah, cal and i were helping wil edit his assignment because his engrish was super powderful. And the 3 of us couldnt stop laughing. Farah re-did his whole conclusion, making it sound more professional and less immature. in the end, cal decided to award the 3 of us with his degree, for helping him with his english. DID NOT ot on that day either, instead cal and i went to bugis str with wil. Walked for a while, and she bought a top.
Wil drove on thu, so grace, cal and i went outside to eat lunch. Cal and i bought wanton mee and added 14 pieces of fried wan ton for everyone to share. "forced" wil to finish eight because we couldnt finish it. he looked so reluctant (but we knew he was dying inside to eat all of it). Haha. i was late for the very first time in my 5.5mths of working there. Mom's alarm clock didnt ring so by the time i woke up it was 7.50am. Took a cab from toa payoh. Went to bugis at night. This is what we ate for dinner: you tiao from dough culture, kimchi seafood pancake & crispy boneless thigh chicken from a korean stall. then we went to bugis street where i bought a pair of shoes.
Was offered a lift to work by wil on sat. Afraid that he'd get lost or something, i met him earlier only to reach the office super early! so he drove ard... and took more than 20mins to get back to the office! was a few mins later than 8.30. haha. Saved on lunch money, because of some tea party and extra food. so we were eating lunch while maria was telling us abt her dog. Wil gave cal, farah and i a lift to novena sq aft work. he was bullying cal who was sitting in the front seat on the way, which made farah and i laugh hysterically.
Walked ard novena sq & sq2 while waiting for cal to finish church, after that went to bugis street again! haha. Bought a small top & shorts, while cal didnt get anything. she was supp to be the one who was buying the shorts, but i ended up getting one instead. my feet were killing me from the walking the whole day, so went to the food court to sit and watch cal eat. talked to her till her frens came, went down to see jac!! miss her!!!
Then i left for my own night life. And i enjoyed it though i was tired. =)
Tomorrow is my last day. And a half day. Boss asked cal and i to help to cope with the morning vol of calls. Damn i hate farewells. Argh! I'm going to get emotional!~

It's my second last week at work! Cal didnt come on monday, which made the cs room pretty quiet and me, bored. Sat in the cs room during lunch reading my book. OT-ed on tue. Wed & thu =). There are always happening events on friday! Yesterday we ate lunch at the canteen in 15 mins. After that chiong-ed down to 80 Genting Lane, Ruby Industries for Ripples Warehouse sale! Had a hard time finding the outlet. But after we did, OMG! The number of slippers & flip flops! We couldnt decide which one to buy! Stood there for the longest time. $3 - 4 for one pair! (UP $9.90). Wanted one pair but didnt have my size! So in the end, bought 2 pairs for just $7! Cal bought 3, bought 2 for eil. Had one free pair because we spent $18 and above. We stood there for the longest time, and were naturally late for work.
Chiong-ed back to the office with 3 plastic bags. And met boss halfway! She was on half day, and was going to participate in GSS! HAHA! The next grp of people going for lunch also chiong-ed to the ripples sale, so everyone had a pink bag by 2pm. Ha! Best thing was, cal & i made wil carry them home. Met eil & yh at 6pm. wanted to go to fox warehouse sale! walked there, and on the way, yh came up with this plan to let cal walk by herself if she ever said to leave eil & yh to er ren shi jie. Anyway, the warehouse sale had nothing much. So cal & i went back to catch the 6.40pm shuttle.
Went to city hall to shop! walked ard raffles city while waiting for wil to go home & drive. So took our time to walk thru citilink & marina sq. Ate dinner once he came, then went to shop agn! Think he was quite bored seeing 2 girls shop. Ha. went to mango which was super crowded. Cal bought a pair of 3 quarters. Went to URS, i bought a pair of slippers (therefore making it 3 pairs). my mom said it looked aunty. Argh! haha. Cal had to work the next day, so wil drove cal & i home.
It's stay home today, because i've been seldom at home for the whole day. It's mine & cal's last week at work next week! And i'm both happy and sad. Working there for 5 and a half months is not short at all. Bahs. I hate farewells.
Came across xt's blog & was reminded of the many happy occasions we had as wols. Yes, i miss them too. And we havent had very much time to meet up this yr. In fact, i think we only met once within this year. And people were rushing back to work, while some of us were rushing for other activities. We really have no time to catch up or have fun. So much has changed. I seriously meet s15 gals & 4a2 ppl more often, which is not very often already. Wish we could just have 1 full day of fun together. ~

This week was pretty okay. Only thing was no jac & eil! miss them lots! Many of them in the office, esp grace, jamie, cal were making so much noise about how much i spent on my hair... which made me feel even worse and more heart pain! Well, grace gave me a sample of her shampoo as well as hair oil for me to try (and make my hair less dry). Jamie & cal kept asking me to buy a hair iron. Almost died not being able to wash my hair till tue. RaRr. my hair's starting to curl.
Ot-ed on monday & tue. Basically i think we did very little. Friday was hs' last day. Damn it. He came later and left earlier than me! Another has left... one less person to talk to! SAD! Anyway, wil drove grace, me and cal to novena square for lunch! Goodness, it's like the 2nd time we've been outside of the office to eat lunch! Anyway, we arrived only after half an hr because someone kept taking the wrong turns. Ate lunch at the kopitiam really quickly, but it was 1.10pm by then. Yea. we were freaking late!
Went to donut factory to buy 2 boxes of 12 donuts, one for hs' farewell gift & the other for maria. So by the time we reached back it was 1.40pm. and boss was back alr! felt so guilty, so kept answering calls. Boss didnt say anything, which made us feel worse! Oops. Very sorry! & Farewell hs! will miss you!
Left early to meet 4a2-ians at bugis. to eat steamboat! met ah ruo & serene first. and yes, they were shocked over how much i spent for my hair. waited for cel & se ying then went to seoul garden to eat! yeah. i blew 24 bucks. Anyway, kept taking a lot of meat and ah ruo and serene kept taking vege. We were so thirsty because we didnt want to pay an extra $2.99++ for drinks. So se ying went to take ice kachang ice and illegally put ice peach tea into it! HaHA! Found it so fun, we all went to try too! Se ying & cel went to take dessert super early, while the rest of us were still eating. Ate ice cream for dessert. So sinful!
YQ still hadnt arrived when we finished, so we decided to walk to city hall to meet her. Finally met her, and we went home! haha. some of us had to work the next day.. including me. But it was really fun and relaxing to meet them rather than face the daily routine of wake up, work, go home, sleep, wake up, work, go home, sleep... and also to catch up on our lives! Ry's going NUS! Will walk to her faculty in the future to have lunch with her! YaY! ~

okay this week was quite happening. firstly, cal & i stayed back really really late in the office just to do up eil & jac's farewell gift. we thought of some excuse to stay back which wouldnt arouse jac & eil's suspicion...
while on the way out of office... (i was supposedly waiting for a friend to pick me up)
CAL: ah! forgot to take my pass!
ME: aiyo... i go upstairs with you and take.
anywaY, basically wil's role was to drive us home & buy dinner for us. he helped with some glueing because he claimed he had no artistic skills. anyway, reached home at 11pm because someone took me round the whole singapore.
Met up with cal, jac, eil, yh, wk, wil on sat. to celebrate eil & jac's last day. and the suay thing was, jac & eil were working in the morning and the whole system (and i mean whole computer system) crashed so they had to stay back half an hr just to finish everything. we finally met for lunch at meridien, then went down to the cathay to watch movie. got pulled in by jac and cal to join this sms competition by LG which was launching their new phone. super malu! aft the 1st round didnt feel like going back. so sat with eil while the 2 went to take part. went up to eat ben & jerry's. wil treated, 9 scoops of ice cream! SINFUL ice cream.
and then went to watch sex and the city. gosh. seriously M18. haha. wk wanted to watch kungfu panda, and so did i. anyway, the show ended at 9+. decided not to join them in their drinking/chilling so went home.
Today, met jac and learnt that wil drove ard marina for 1 hr because the place they intended to go closed down or something. they ended up at st james, not clubbing but eating supper. lol. then they went to THAT part of geylang. heard the guys were very interested.
anyway, walked to far east and ate chicken rice for lunch. and walked ard to find a hair salon. ended up at supercuts. want to know what i did to my hair? not telling you here!! i took 3 hrs, jac took half an hr more. pretty obvious. anyway, the guy was pretty good. i love hair now. but i've also burnt a hole in my pocket. it's scimping and saving now.
went to taka. shopped a bit. then went to eat pepper lunch for dinner. jac & i couldnt stop staring at our hair. lol. kept taking pics in the toilet.
*Cries* No more eil & jac fr tmr! it's only me and cal now. no jac to take the tp bus with me, no eil's noisy-ness. i'll miss you two!! really really really much! really! but i'm envious. they dont need to work anymore!
