Happy New Year's Eve!!

The old chapter closes, and a new chapter begins. For me, it's my A level year. (what the heck? i just took O levels 1 year ago!!) The year ahead may not promise much, because my time would be devoted to studying my guts out just for 5 papers. But it is still a new year, new beginnings, new happenings. Who knows what the future holds? I'm praying that God will guide me through the difficult times ahead, the dark times of not understanding, of handling the stress (i have 4 exams next year) and of coping with the other aspects of life. 2007 marks the year i turn 18 (muahahha!!) and there will be added responsibilities and experiences to go through and hold on to for the rest of my life.

"But I know who holds tomorrow, and I know who holds my hand." I'll put my trust in God and God alone.

Year 2006 has been one great year. A year filled with many new things, from jc life, to handling so much more content-based subjects, to making many more new friends as well as the happy times together. Let's start with the first 3 months. I was a lonely soul in ac on the first day of school... but after a week i was enjoying my time as a new J1 with my og mates, screaming as if there's no tomorrow. I had the time of my life with my ac classmates, playing with them during class so much so that i didnt really study during the first three months.

Then, for some reason, i decided to change jc. (until now, i don't fully understand the real reason why i put nj). But i still believe that by putting me in nj, God has a purpose that would ultimately benefit me. My brother didnt understand why he had to go through shit for the first few months of sim, struggling with finishing off his army and going for lessons until he received his results this year. A 2nd upper honours! Anyway, nj has thought me to mug (LIKE DUH!), save money, eat healthy (thanks to ghis) as well as learn moral values that are upright and righteous. To put it simply, guai kia!! Lessons have also brought me to greater heights and helped me learn to ask questions that i normally wouldnt. Hey! I'm not as stupid as i thought i was. That's one thing i realised.

I guess one of the reasons of God putting me in nj is because He has blessed me with great friends that i wouldnt be able to be close to if i were in ac. I'd spend all my time travelling that i wont be able to meet up that often with them. Xt & Jaime have been great friends throughout my sec school life but i kinda mia-ed during the first 3 months in ac because i was having too much fun there. Now, they're still great people and great friends. I have also found great friendship in raf, edwin, shafik & the other wolsies and many are there in times of need to show care and concern, or just to laugh, crack super funny jokes and laugh all night. They're one bunch that i'll always treasure.

Then there's 4a2 classmates, my clique. Sharon, Ry, Serene, Yq, Celene, Xy, Jasmine and the others. They've been one crazy bunch, and we've met many times this year, although we're all in different schools now. I still love to tease yq along with celene, ry & serene are forever telling us the hilarious tales of their school, jasmine is still as perverted. haha. Meeting up with them for the pl singing, during christmas and many other times has been wonderful, catching up and comparing school food! haha. We'll be meeting many more times next year, we're already in the process of planning. Of course, there are many other people who have made a great impact in my life this year but i'm too lazy to type. I miss pl, and soon, those who have graduated will really realise how sheltered pl is, and they will miss it, the homely feel and the christian teachings. They've moved back and i dont get to enjoy it. bleahs. Pl will always remain as the school that brought me up to what i am today.

As i mentioned earlier, my brother has done well in his exams and has now found a job. My sis, still working and finally bought her own laptop (so now this computer's solely mine!!). Dad & Mum are doing fine, and it has been a blessed year for my family, in which God has opened doors for us, as well as guide us through the year as a family. I'm really blesssed to be where i am, to have parents who love God and who have instilled that into me as well as support me in times of need. And i still wanna thank my dad for my christmas present. =)

My new year resolutions:
-To survive through my A levels
-To draw closer to God
-To retain the friendships forged throughout this year
-To get over my fear of running (HA!)

I can't think of anymore off-hand. I wish His second coming will be before i take my A's, but i know i can't run away from exams like that. Well, if i can, i hope to bring people to Christ next year, but i need diligence! I need the discipline from Him in order to do so.

"Lord I offer my days to You, Lord I offer you my Life" and i believe he'll be there always for me and everyone who believes in Him!

after two whole days of being cooped up at home (except when i braved the rain to buy the ram), i finally got to go out today. been studying for physics and chem test like crazy, and busy chionging hmk. i'm praying hard that there wont be physics or chem lecture on wed.

got outta the house earlier than i was supposed to. cldnt stand one more minute at home after 2 days. haha. was quite pisst at a few things. so went to meet shafik and edwin at edwin's house. he didnt wanna let me in. haha. was watching the video abt his blue mountain trip. his parrot is damn cute... but damn noisy. went to find jaime a little while later. was slacking at his house and using his computer. seriously, i'm going deaf because of his parrot.

went off a long while later... to eat prata. called raf because their brothers accused him of ps-ing them. shafik and edwin were damn funny. then edwin started quarreling with jaime again... which was damn funny! i started laughing like mad. edwin punched shafik in the stomach, and shafik punched him back... hA! walked halfway and took a bus to central. shafik, edwin and i went to the fish shop. edwin wanted to buy some filter thing.. which i didnt know abt. haha. then walked to the interchange with shafik.

i shall write abt year 2006 and abt my new year resolutions tmr. as i always do every year.~

Cycling @ Ubin

woke up b4 8am... but lazed ard in bed. nice bed! haha. called xt and found out she stayed over. nvm. called jaime up. and had to meet later because xt said she'd go home 1st. whatever. anyway, met edwin & jaime at srgn central to take bus. wanted to sleep on the bus. haha. xt called to say she wldnt be going. and i didnt wanna talk to her because i would start shouting at her. and i really felt like scolding all the vulgarities i knew. but i tolerated. i have no idea how many times she's done this. i sld be used to it, but i was still freaking angry. luckily there was tvmobile to help me... was watching bai wan bao on tv... cuz i missed the last night's. my phone batt was only half full, so i betted with jaime that edwin wouldnt lend us his phone to listen to the radio for the tvmobile channel. he did. damn it. i owed jaime lunch. haha!

reached there earlier than raf and shafik.. so went to the jetty 1st. havent been there for so long. anyway, they reached, and we took the boat there. the guys were standing on the deck, taking pictures. haha. we went to rent bikes when we reached... edwin was on the phone discussing abt his job.. so we waited for him. shafik went to eat his nasi lemak at a stall nearby.. the svc was damn bad. haha. then we went off to np campsite. cycled there... and jaime and i pushed our bikes up the slopes. haha! no strength! then cycled to the beach... took pictures.

went back to have lunch. ate fried rice and hor fun with jaime. nice!! yum yum! we ordered another toufu soup... with no msg. haha. raf & edwin helped us finish off our food.. and we set off again!! my butt was damn pain because of the seat. went ard the island to i dunno where.. the downhill slopes were damn fun. rode off road for a while, to the other side of np campsite... the road was damn muddy.. had to push our bikes across some of the muddy paths. we came across this really deep puddle of water which we cldnt go thru without getting wet. shafik tried it, and got wet up to his knees. and what the heck.. i tried it too!! haha! was damn fun. jaime was scratching all over, because she got the most mosquito bites. she counted 53. poor girl.

then we rode to the resort... went in to rest for a while. so cool. so nice. had flying fox, high elements, kayaking. the guys went dunno where, jaime and i sat down to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. it was starting to rain... but we left for the obs campsite. was quite far.. and i was tired... so cycled slowly. oops. haha. my butt was damn pain. reached a point where there was another deep puddle...so decided not to go over. took a pic of 5 of us.. tall to tallest. haha!

decided to go back to the jetty cuz it was getting late. oh...stopped on the way to take a pic of a sign which said "oh yeh.. oh yeh. y u so like that? buy a drink lah!" hahahaha!! edwin took a pic of it. and thruout the journey, we were singing flea fly mosquito... because there was CALAMINE in it. haha. anyway, we went back to the jetty to drink coconut water.. but it started to rain heavily...so sat indoors and listen to the songs of the 90s and were sending the pics here and there. were laughing there. madness.

the rain stopped, so we went to take the boat. the 5 of us stood on the deck. went to the hawker centre to eat an early dinner. nasi lemak. it was ok. kept laughing at the "y u so like that" picture and kept saying it. haha. oh...and the whole time at ubin the guys cldnt stop saying "sial" so jaime and i joined in. haha! shafik wanted to go see the gays.. i wanted to because i havent seen b4. we left in search for them but to no avail. so walked to the bus stop. raf & shafik went off 1st. edwin was playing with coins.. asking us to guess heads or tail... then he wanted to throw 3 coins in the air and catch all of them. i offered to video it down...but he didnt. haha.

when jaime's ard...it's her turn to argue with edwin. i stood there for quite long laughing my heart out looking at both of them fight.. it was damn funny. edwin suan jaime... jaime's reaction was really damn funny. usually without jaime i'd be the one fighting with edwin, but now it's my turn to laugh! haha. waited quite long for the bus...but laughed a lot at the things they said. was talking to jaime on the bus for half the journey... while edwin fell asleep. then jaime and i fell asleep too... only woke up when edwin went down. missed the damn 105 bus. haha. came home to sleep early since there was no computer.

what a fun day! had fun with them although i was damn tired. i shall cycle at my own pace next time. haha.~

firstly i want to say that i havent been online for the past 3 days because my computer memory shorted. my brother says i'm lucky. it's only the memory and nothing else. but still, it cost me $82. it was raining heavily but i still braved it (and got freaking wet) just to go down to funan to get it. muahaha. my precious computer.

anyway, about the christmas party at raf's house. jaime, xt and i met later than we were supposed to partly because i woke up at 10.30am and because it was raining. lols. went to compass then took a bus to raf's house. he came to escort us there with umbrellas. haha. the rest were there alr. ate raf's mom's cooking, spaghetti and other things. tasty! something's wrong with xt. this is the 1st time i saw her eat so much. well, whatever.

we played at raf's house for a while, before exchanging presents. linyi gave me, edwin gave jaime, kristle gave xt. haha. the 3 of us went last... because we bought nail extension and polish for edwin, raf & shafik! hahahaha!! their reactions were damn funny. shafik was trying to get away from it. raf willingly went 1st, edwin was laughing at raf. the nails didnt fit raf, but it fitted edwin! his hands were damn feminine! shafik's was ok! lol. we painted edwin & raf's shiny white & pink. and black for shafik's. shafik's was damn nice... because xt decorated it. they didnt know how to msg people using their long nails.. they practically cldnt do anything! lol. we gave them their real presents...shirts... and asked them to guess who it was from.

4 of the girls left early. the rest of us were in raf's room playing with cards. xt fell asleep on his bed. i was playing with raf's cap. i look damn funny. we left for heartland a while later. went to find jaime's classmates.. they were buying a present for mh. then went arcade, played photo y2k & daytona. i won twice!! muahaha!! then went to mh's house. but kristle and i went to jaime's house 1st... i went to play with her cute dog!! haha. ate some food at mh's house. was playing with edwin's phone with kristle. then went to her room to drink 'chocolate milk' with 17% alcohol in it. haha. i decided to stay out of the game for the obvious reason that my ears and face will turn red (and risk getting found out by my parents). so edwin, kristle and i stayed out of it. but they kept saying it was nice so i decided to give it a try. edwin sipped a little and gave the rest away. haha.

had to go off... my face & ears were red alr. walked with the guys & kris to the bus stop... it was raining quite heavily and i was qutie wet. lol. edwin punched me twice (because it was boxing day).. damn pain! and there are 2 blue-blacks now. went home to sleep under the influence of alcohol! so shuang! haha!~

Christmas Eve 2006

Morning: went for church service as usual, for the musical. well, the muscial wasnt the usual funny ones, but of testimonies (real life). i prefer the humorous ones. but the stories were damn touching, felt like crying but of course i didnt have to because my nose helped me. damn stupid nose. but the musical was quite similar to easter. where there was testimonies as well. came home, slack ard for a while.

Afternoon: had 4 bottles of drinks to carry to celene's house, so serene's dad fetched me from my house. thanks! yq, serene and i were the 1st ones there. ah ruo came a while later, then jasmine & sharon. was looking at serene & ry's pictures of their ocip in chiang rai (thailand). and it's not chiang mai. haha. then went down to the basement to talk talk. was supposed to watch dvd or play xbox... but we cldnt find anything to watch. ry wanted to watch american pie or sex in the city. HAHA. always so bian tai. so anyway, we talked some more abt school and other stuff, with ry keep saying that she wanted to watch american pie.

then we decided to play blind mice. ry was the blind mice. and she cldnt catch anyone! haha! kept running away from her. was damn tired. then cel went out with her bro to borrow dvds.. the rest of us stayed... sang karaoke with ah ruo... was standing in front and singing wu ding. damn funny. then a lot of other songs also, serene was singing also.. and we were acting as the fans. haha! screaming & waving our hands in the air. damn funny. sang for quite a while, before cel came back with american pie. she told us abt the funny incident at the video shop. she wanted to borrow american pie but the lady there said she cldnt cuz it was m18... so cel immediately pointed to her bro! haha!

went out for food. so cool... serene's mom made the lo mai kai thing. then there was crab meat & otak. and fried bee hoon. cldnt eat so much because i was going out to dinner. so ate a bit... and laughed a lot. crazy people. then took pictures, cel had to drag her maid there...cuz her maid was shy. haha. then had to go off for family dinner. they were going to watch american pie. lol!

Night: changed, and went to the cathay. ate at billy bombers. there were party things to play with. ate some chicken thing. i think i'm gonna lose my voice tmr. haha. cldnt finish. sat there and laughed at my bro's jokes for quite some time. the manager was damn nice. he offered dessert on the house! damn sinful...haha.

then took a train to orchard. omg. freaking crowded! argh! cannot stand it!! got caught in the middle of the street for abt half an hour... just to get to the traffic light! my mom & sis wanted to go home, so we called a cab. desperate times calls for desperate measures. my dad stayed to watch my church perform at orchard. came home, to talk to xt who is in thailand! muahahaha.

anyway, MERRY CHRISTMAS!! it is now Dec 25, 12.25am. sleepy. gonna sleep with my nose running.~

damn it. i'm sick. what a good time to fall sick. during the christmas season. i better be well enough for tmr. there's christmas musical in church, then christmas party with 4a2 peeps, then dinner with my family.

the first christmas event this month. a christmas musical. it's yiling's church. she invited us.. and the tickets were free. so why not? was late in meeting ghis & yiling. as usual. lol! went to walk at raffles city for no reason. lol. didnt dare look at the crumpler shop. too expensive. lol. my shopping for this season is done anyway. went to prints.

then walked to victoria theatre. it was raining, but not very heavily. walked the same route as i did during sg band concert. kinda reminded me of that time. anyway, the musical started 5 min after we sat... when we were supposed to be seated 15mins earlier. haha. was sitting near yiling's younger sis. so cute!! it's called 'clown musical'. and it was good. it told tales about matthew, the criminal during Jesus' crucifiction, healing the blind and many more. and many questions and doubts about the Christian faith were answered. perfect for non-believers, and perfect for people who want to rededicate their lives to him. good musical. but it was only one hour.

left with ghis, yiling had to stay back with her sis. so cute! haha. yiling gave us christmas presents! argh!! thanks a lot!! =) said we didnt wanna see each other because we didnt wanna go back to school. haha. went to buy old chang kee. ate the pepper puff.. and damn it. i think i sldnt have eaten it because i feel a sore throat coming on. damn it damn it.

i've fallen sick countless times this year. i better not fall sick next year. God forbid.~

jaime's back from japan. she wanted to pass me the things she bought there. she bought sweets, and earrings for me!! yay!!! she so rocks!! those earrings that are meant for 2 holes. yay! been trying to find it here. anyway, went to town. they blocked off everything, from wisma linkway, to the carpark at somerset. walked to heeren to look ard. was looking at the christmas lights... really nth interesting this year. the christmas tree with the water flowing down looks kinda weird. the only nice one is the snowy one. anyway, looked ard, went to flesh imp (jaime's fav shop). she renewed her card. crazy woman. wonder how much she spends? haha.

spent quite a while there. before walking to taka to eat. it was 3 plus by then. ate mos... my corn soup! i cld just drink one now. we sat there for quite long talking. because jaime had so much to say abt japan. so listened to her. quite interesting. she showed me her receipt from the earring shop in japan... i helped her convert to S$. $150. argh!! haha. crazy!! then we walked to wisma.. bought my simple studs... cuz i really look weird wearing all diff earrings on all 5 holes. haha. went to sasa.. she wanted to buy her nail glue cuz her nail extensions came out. bought nail polish.

went home quite early... i was damn sleepy. wonder why? anyway, going for yiling's church musical tmr. gosh, i need to mug. haha. as some would say.. "MUGGER!!". saturday is mugging day. mug before i enjoy christmas. mug mug mug... ~

met up with 4a2 classmates today! havent seen them for rather long. there were quite a lot of people on the invitation list, but only 6 of us went!! sharon, celene, jasmine, yq, xinyi & i. met at harbourfront. celene went to get presents at vivo. so last min. and jasmine didnt bring! lol.

decided to go to sentosa. took the blue line to palawan beach. was supposed to be renovated but it looked damn messy. so we went across the bridge, and onto some wooden structure. was really a long way up. celene's muscles were aching. haha. sat down at one corner to do gift exchange. and i finally got to use my camera! yay! took some pictures.. then went across the bridge to take more! haha. then wanted to go to siloso to eat ben & jerry's.. but cldnt wait for the tram, decided to walk to take the blue line back to mainland. on the bus cel & i were talking abt dogs and cats... damn funny. haha.

went to vivo city to eat ben & jerry's. they ordered the merlionster. which comprises 6 scoops, 2 toppings, 1 brownie, 1 banana. $19.50. but damn nice. i kept taking water. we walked thru the water barefooted! so cool! always wanted to do that. then we went to pet safari (the one in KL). our feet were damn cold. saw the puppies... damn cute! we stood there for a long time just taking pictures of the dogs! so cute! haha. then went to walk walk ard vivo, cel was thinking of buying christmas cards for her friends.. xin yi had to go off. was quite hungry... so went downstairs to the kopitiam to eat. jas, sharon & i ate jap food. all curry. lol. we sat there for quite a long time, comparing sch food! lol. then cel was telling us abt how she prank call ppl... damn funny. cldnt stop laughing.

decided to leave a long while later, cel took bus, which she regretted. haha. we were discussing on the mrt what to do on christmas eve. lol. so guess we're going cel's house. she hasnt moved yet! haha. after one year. lol.~

whEee... went out with sa2 classmates ytd. waS late. as usual.

took a train down to marina bay, was supposed to go eat steamboat, but in the end, only 5 of us went, because people backed out at the last min. athena, kat, me, poner, kah joon. havent seen so many people for so long! anyway, since there were only 5 of us, we decided to save money and go orchard to eat. i was really angry at myself for forgetting to bring money out. i only had $7 with me. haha.

took the train to orchard... walked to wisma food republic.. but it was too full... so walked to taka to eat yoshi. haha. at least the queue was short! yay. so ate... and were chased out by them because there was a long queue outside. was looking at poner's phone... SE k800i! haha. was damn obsessed with it again. walked outside... saw the christmas lights.. was deciding where to go. kat, who is always crazy.. and forever mad... suggested the arcade at cine. so we went there. lol. she was damn crazy and kept 'fighting' with athena.

poner and kat changed $10 worth of tokens. ARGH! crazy! haha. this is the difference when you hang out with diff grp of frens. went to play daytona... poner didnt quite know how to work the thing. haha. then played the air hockey thing.. damn fun! poner & i teamed up, against athena & kat. damn it.. we lost both times. haha. kept screaming and laughing. lol. then went to play foozeball.. after one ball we thought... that was it! haha! there were many balls that we didnt see. lol. so continued playing... anyhow whack. the red team's men were missing legs.. damn funny.

saw people playing pool.. damn pro. and the dancing thing.. i wish i cld do that.. instead of sitting at home and rotting and playing audition...which is only exercising my fingers! haha. kat & poner went to play some shooting game... so we just looked. nothing better to do.. and kah joon and athena kept wanting to sleep... so we decided to walk to ps. haha. kat was damn funny on the way... as usual. entertaining me. lol. kat was trying to run away from athena... for fear that she might do something to her. haha. damn funny.

went to ps and walk walk for a while... athena & kah joon kept wanting to sleep... so we went to macs. of course, kat wldnt allow anyone the sleep. haha. so we went to buy ice-cream. was playing with poner's phone again. so cool. oh.. kat has nokia n73.. so ex! haha. but i still prefer my dream phone. anyway.. was trying to secretly take pictures of poner using his phone... but he found out everytime... so i cant be a professional PI next time. haha. kat was crapping all the way... made all of us laugh.

people had to go back. so we decided to go home. but not b4 kat drank all her mcflurry like a drink.. and of course, taking more pics. lol. went with athena & kah joon to the mrt station, kat & poner took bus. they were goingthe other way. sad. so went back by myself.

ok... my dad so rocks! haha. today, after church, we were eating lunch, at he asked my mom "so.. have you bought any christmas present for her alr?"... gosh! that was my chance! haha. so we went ard several phone shops at novena to take a look. oh... velocity @ novena is nice! sports shops but not all... perfect for sporty people. anyway, mom went home, leaving my dad & i to shop for phones. haha. we went to 3 m1 distributors just to sign up for a plan. because my dad wanted a nice no. and gosh.. he ended up paying an extra $38 just to get a nice no. argh!! crazy!! lucky my mom wasnt there. or else she'll scold.

anyway, he signed up for the plan, i got the phone. HAHA. YES! and i guess you sld know what phone i got if you've been reading my previous entries. thanks dad! *muacks. still rather blur over the functions. haha. ~

another early morning, another 1hr ride on the train yesterday. made my way to bkt batok westwood bowl for training. didnt go for the previous trng because my whole body practically cldnt move after coming back from the m'sia trip. anyway, it was good and bad. my score was fluctuating. the 5th & 6th game was damn shit, because i was tired. anyway, ck was on fire... he was damn good. haha. rc was damn crap, as usual... kept crapping with him when it wasnt our turn. then at his 7th game (i decided not to play or face scores like 40!), he was damn tyco, striking and sparing at EVERY frame! final score was 181! haha. then he played his 8th game on his own.. and scored 87. haha.

walked to west mall to eat with rc & ck, jess went off. was talking to ck abt changing phone.. he had the same phone as i currently have.. and he wanted to change to SE k800i!! ARGH! so i'm not the only crazy one. lol. so we were talking abt the phone all the way. went to kfc to eat.. the 2 of them were damn funny... suaning each other upsidedown. haha. was still talking abt changing phone. we were walking to the bus stop and stopped along the way to stare at the phones and plans. haha.

was waiting for 985 at the bus stop... rc guaranteed that it would take only 25min to get to toa payoh. edwin called me to tell me that shafik was coming back later that night.. so i was begging him by msging him to go with me to the airport. i think he knew my motive.. so he die die also didnt wanna go with me. bleahs. haha. said byebye to the 2 lamers.. and went home.

chiong-ed econs essay because i felt like it.. or else i'd never get down to doing it. but after 45mins.. i only did part a. haha. i stared at the qn for quite long.. and kept referring to my notes. realised that i have to chiong everything because i still have two freaking tests to study for. (thank god it's not econs).

went out at night again to meet xt to go airport with her. 4 147 buses passed me before she came. -_-. took 53.. she said she was sleepy. saw the new ikea.. looks damn nice. saw the budget terminal too. by the time we reached changi it was alr 10pm. haha. so we walked to the arrivals.. found shafik's family & dar loh & edwin. shafik was still having debrief.. so waited ard for a while. we met mrs koh el! she was with her family... they came to eat ice-cream. shafik was telling us abt what happened in brunei... he must have had a lot to say. said he kept disturbing the air stewardess in the aeroplane. haha.

took 27 with them.. shafik was talking to edwin all the way... xt and i were sitting opposite and listening to whatever we cld hear. haha. was msging yibin sir abt his posting after his bmt.. like as if we knew what he was going to do for the next 1.5 years in army! haha. xt is going off at 4am this morning to thailand.. she really didnt wanna go.. because she didnt have her phone and her computer. lol. she was complaining.

anyway.. enjoy thailand xt! said bye to shafik & edwin at hg interchange.. took 153 back.. and wasnt sure whether there was a bus back...so took a cab. ergh. $3.50. haha. well, i have 2 less frens this week.. so i might aswell chiong hmk. haha. but i'm freaking busy next week. haha. how to study!~

i realised that i like to stone for very long before i start my day. supposed to meet xt at 12pm today, but i woke up only at 11.15am. was sitting in front of the tv and stoning till 12.30. made my way to hg plaza and found xt, mh, their fren jieying, hl & hx. played with jie ying first. then xt, mh. the pool place was damn cold. and i was not bad! haha. pool now reminds me of the time where we played and betted on pumpings. haha.

waited for hl & hx to finish, then went to hg mall to eat ljs. i'm getting fat. met zx & her bf there. then took a train down to ps... jie ying wanted to collect something from some shop at ssc. went to pc bunk.. and saw people playing audition! 8key & chancing! omg! damn pro! it's like chicken feed to them. lol. hx was damn funny.. he kept waving to people he didnt know. walked ard ps for a while... hl & hx kept making us laugh. oh.. they were wearing white.. because they needed to go to work later.. so xt kept saying they looked like construction workers. haha! met kelly & her fren lynette there. they were going to watch a movie. so walked ard with them for a while.. xt kept teasing the 2 guys. they asked xt and i to go to some staircase and peer in.. xt saw a guy sitting there looking like a ghost.. i didnt. waha.

then kelly and lynette left.. and hl & hx needed to go for work. so we said bye to them and went to find whether dl was working at his aunt's shop. he wasnt. term tests bah. so xt, mh and i took a train to vivo city. mh was looking for pp stars. walked ard vivo.. bought some food.. and went to the supermarket to get drinks. this is the 6th time i've gone to vivo. duh la.. i'm sick of it.

we decided to pity poor edwin, who is still being abandoned by his two brothers, so we called him out. our real motive was to see his new phone, which happened to be my DREAM PHONE! ARGH! SE k800i! damn it. haha. i was wah lau-ing all the way since xt told me. i guess he didnt tell me because of my reaction. wahaha. took a train back to kovan.. went to popular to see mh buy her stars.. while waiting for edwin (and his phone). haha. the moment i saw him i went for his phone. damn it. so nice! argh!

xt, edwin and i walked to macs. and edwin has to thank us because we brought him out.. and we met cheryl gan. lol. his was the first (obviously) to notice her. haha. met elisha there too. so xt and i went to talk to cheryl. xt kept teasing her abt edwin... damn funny. and i was pleading the whole time to have one more look at his phone. was waiting for cheryl to go home... so that edwin can accompany her.. *smirk! so xt and i walked tgt till the mrt.

off to train audition and become a pro too! haha.~

PuLaU TiNgGi CiP tRiP - BriDgE

Day One

I woke up at 6am, and took a cab to kranji station. was trying to catch some sleep on the cab but the cab driver kept talking to me. anyway.. cab fare: $13. was early.. so waited for a while for everyone to come. ended up talking to my classmates, yiling, ghis, fel & stella.

took the bus past the causeway, was jammed. went to eat breakfast at a malay stall, ate prata. and we cldnt understand the guy cuz he was speaking malay. lol. anyway, took a coach to mersing, it took 2 hours. so we watched RV on the dvd player.. but it kept getting stuck, so i decided to sleep. and i did! reached the jetty to get to pulau tinggi.. and got on the boat. was sitting at the back but cldnt sleep. it took 1 hr. by the time we got there it was alr after lunch time.. so we ate. shared room with huihua.. we changed room with stella & her sis who changed with another person.. so our rooms were connecting. ghis, yiling & fel's room was next to ours. anyway.. i was fighting with hh for the extra pillow... because i found it 1st. haha.

played some orientation games after lunch.. rather lame.. because we were playing the fire, hunter, earthquake game. and we were rotating btwn ghis, yiling, fel, joseph & justin. haha. did dry run for the next day's building the bridge. so we did up all the wood and drilling and chiseling. took a really really long time. we were supposed to have free time... but ended up not having any because it took quite long in the dark. but the instructors kept helping us do.. so we eye power. lol. by the time we finished it was abt 10pm. had a grp meeting b4 going back. oh yes.. my grp.. Blossom: Jia Hao (leader), Yi Song (2nd- ic), Fel, me, linus, benjamin, connie, bi xiu, ming huang, du ying, li ping, joseph. fel and i wanted to go back to our room.. but didnt dare because it was too dark. went back with stella... hh already took the toilet... so went to stella's room to gossip for a while. haha.

slept a long while later... after talking to hh for some while.. the air con was quite noisy. and wasnt quiet. lol. had to wake up at 6am the next day. stella left the light on in her room...so had some light.

Day Two

Had to wake up at 6am again, because breakfast was at 6.15am. but by the time we changed, and waited for everyone, it was already 6.30am. went to have breakfast... it was french toast, fried maggie mee, porridge, koko crunch. (and ghis predicted that there'd be french toast the day b4!) i only ate 2 french toast and 1 milo... since i cldnt eat in the morning. hh ate a lot. haha. had to wear track pants, dark shirt and wet activity shoes. had a last run thru before loading all the equipment on the boat. estimated time: 6 hours. while waiting to load everything on the boat, we were on the jetty looking at the water. it was beautiful. so clear, so blue... i just felt like jumping down and swimming in it. you cld really see the rocks below. where do you get to see something like that in s'pore? anyway, got on the boat and travelled there because it was high tide and we cldnt get there by foot. on the boat, fel & i were talking to zuo jie, who was sitting at the side and attempting to litter. haha. was threatening to push him off the boat.

we stopped quite far away from the swamp, because the boat cldnt go further in. had to get there by a sampan. fel, i and 4 other people went on the 1st sampan to the swamp. and gosh.. i think the look on our faces were damn funny.. because we saw the rest later. we reached our destination.. and our faces said "gosh... we have to get down here?!" it was swampy.. but it was high tide.. so there was water and we had to wade thru it. no choice.. so we jumped into the water. it was knee-deep. waited for the 2nd boat to come in with some more people and some of the equipment. the leaders were playing with the walkie-talkie, talking crap to one another. louis said there was a crocodile in the swamp and it was attacking. and it had already ate one of us. haha!!

anyway, first came the planks for the bridge. we formed a human chain and transported the planks to the entrance. the 1st load took a long time.. because we were tansporting one by one. slowly, more and more people and planks came (there must be 100 planks), so we took faster. was slacking while waiting for more people to arrive, so fel, me & linus were talking to johnny (name changed for confidentiality).. who was ccb look alike. and my goodness! he was really really like ccb. we thought he was his long lost brother or something. haha. anyway.. he's from ac. joseph's og mate. poor thing. fel was finding out more... in case he was really ccb's relative or something. HAHA. the resemblence is uncanny, quoting from ghislaine.

a while later, louis asked a few guys to walk the path into the building site to recce the place first, then the 2nd grp went in. the 2nd grp was me, fel & linus. was transported some planks to them, while waiting for the 3rd grp to meet us. we slowly formed a human chain, with grps at checkpoints. the people transferring the planks to us were pei wei, connie and zhi kai. and the number of planks... ergh! never ending! pei wei passed the planks to me, and i passed it to linus, who passed them to fel, who gave them to jerrick and the rest. speaking of jerrick... he was damn funny! he was imitaing the birds there and attempting to talk to them. it was so alike! he said "no! it's not me!"...which made all of us laugh! he kept making the sounds while we were transferring the planks. anyway, pei wei was so nice as to walk the downslope part to pass it to me. thanks! linus and i decided that we'd hate planks forever. haha. we moved down the path while transporting the stuff, and the hardest was the poles... because it was so heavy! we had to slide it down the steep slope to reach the site. the cement weighed a ton.

when we finally got everything down, it was alr 12pm. estimated loading & unloading time: 1hour. actual time: 4hours. yeah. i know. crazy. my grp, the far bank people, started building the A-frame (and believe me, it's not as easy as it is in NP)... got one up. had to dig a hole in the mud. went for lunch first. shortage of spoons, so i shared with ghis. had fried rice and chicken. was cooling my feet off in the water, because my shoes were soggy. i just felt like standing there with my feet in the water. anyway, went back to building the 2nd A-frame and joining it tgt, believe me, it was difficult. had to put the ropes thru. the instructors were really good, they cld climb the A-frame without a ladder... standing up there like a monkey! he was showing off to the others how stable ours was. haha. jerrick climbed up too.. and he really looked like a monkey!

it was finally time for blossom to rest and for bubbles to do the tension. however, all of us ended up doing the tensioning because all were needed to pull.. after we pulled all we cld, the rope was still a bit slack. so we decided to lay the planks... (did i say how much i hate planks?) then the weaving of planks to the rope to secure it. helped the far bank side weave. zuo jie was so fast.. after almost all the weaving was done, we helped pull and tension the rope again. it was slacking to much that it touched the ground, when it was supposed to be 1m above grd. the instructors decided that they really cldnt pull it anymore. so decided to build a support to support the middle. yiling joined me at the near bank, and we were talking and slacking, since most of the job were done by the guys. the sun was already setting and it was getting darker. so yiling and i started imagining what we wld see. muahaha. anyway, we finally completed the bridge at 7.30pm. it was dark by then, and everyone's legs were aching. estimated time of completion: 6hours. actual time: 12hours.

we saw fireflies!!!!!!! in the dark, we cld see so many! they were everywhere in the forest! so cool! we were so awed by them, because of the nice lights in pitch darkness. instructors decided to go back by the same way and our faces changed. because the path we came from was dangerous enough in the day, with slopes and slippery parts. and now, it was almost pitch dark. one slip of the foot and we'd fall off the cliff. and what's worse, we only had 1 torchlight! we were all afraid. this kinda reminded me of the NP times that we had solo night walk, as well as walks at night in pulau ubin.

we holded hands and joined in a single line, with the torchlight in front, and made our way up the path we came from. my goodness, scary indeed. but there was a lot of communication and help by the rest, so we managed to go thru logs, vines and slippery rocks quite safely. on the way, we were trying to recognise the places that we passed, so linus said he remembered our checkpoint because of the rock. the 2nd time we passed another rock.. he said he was wrong the 1st time... and the 3rd time we passed another, he said he was wrong the 2nd time! haha. so after abt 25mins, we all safely made it out to the swamp. thank God! i was really praying hard for safety. we were making our way to the kampong to eat our dinner, but most of us didnt feel like going, we said we'd rather go back empty stomach and bathe and sleep. the time was 8.30pm.

because it was low tide, we cld walk there. and low tide meant that what was water before, was a stretch of sand. the water really drew back a lot. walked on sand and thru shallow water. there were fireflies in the sand.. and we were trying not to step on them. fel was really scared that the tide would come in. and i must say that i was really calm thru the journey, by God's grace. i was scared at first, afraid that we wldnt make it, but after that i was calm. and i must really thank God for this. maybe it's because of the many times NP has thought me to walk in the dark, alone. but it's also by His protection that all of us made it thru. Praise be to God!

we walked thru rocks on the coast, it was slippery and many slipped, including me. all the way, the girls were holding hands. haha. we reached this abandoned house and the inst were able to get some light by a fire. the house was really freaky. it was where i was most frightened. the windows were boarded up, and it really looked like those in the movies. and it made me imagine scary things. esp when there was a hole in the floor. we went thru some more rocks, before reaching a sandy part. we were so relieved after seeing lights in the distance. we walked on the sandy beach... was walking with fel.. looking at the stars. and the stars were so beautiful! you dont get to see such stars in s'pore... and it was really really great! we walked to slowly, admiring the wide night sky filled with stars... anyway, we finally reached the kampong. we reached at 10pm. so altogether we took 2 hrs to walk from the bridge to the kampong.

washed our feet and had dinner. cats were running all over.. so cute. all of us were dying of thrist. had our dinner quickly and thanked the village head, before walking to the jetty to take the boat back. on the way, we were gossiping abt johnny, and stanley was telling us abt the joke that jerrick made earlier... it was so lame that it was damn funny. haha. zuo jie ran all the way back because he forgot his bag. haha. my classmates and i got on the boat and went on the top.. with a few other people. i was threatening to push stanley off the boat, because he was sitting at the edge. we were still talking abt johnny. lol!

then we laid back on the deck to admire the stars. they were really really beautiful! words cant express how beautiful they were. thank god there was zuo jie, whose interest was in astronomy, so he told us abt the milky way, which we cld see. it was so nice!! we saw Orion, it was so cool! 3 stars with 3 beside it, and the orion cloud. oh.. and he told us abt the shooting stars.. how fast they travlled. he and pei wei saw one earlier. then there was this aeroplane passing.. it had lights that looked like stars.. so out of excitement we asked zj... is that a shooting star? and he said yes.. and i was screaming... make a wish!! only to realise that it was an aeroplane that was behind a cloud. HAHAHAHAH. stanley was laughing at us... and we were all laughing like crazy. we continued to admire the stars.. because we cldnt get enough of it. we saw flying fish, which was really cool... cuz they skimmed the water so fast.

finally reached the jetty at our resort. collected our keys, and went back to our room. i let hh go in 1st because she needed to bomb.. so in my dirty clothes, i went to stella's room to gossip abt johnny with her.. so funny! hh shouted out that there was a cockroach and i started screaming... so i didnt dare go back and stayed in stella's room. haha. i bathed..and i was good. haha. ghis came to my room to borrow shampoo, and conditioner and ended up bathing in my room. lol. hh went to sleep soon after. and ghis, yiling, fel joined stella, her sis and i in stella's room to gossip. linus came over and attempted to play cards with us but he left a while later. fel had a splinter stuck in her finger.. so she went to find saiful.. but cldnt. she came back and we started to talk.. and kept digressing. rachel(stella's sis) had fallen asleep on the bed.. asked her to go sleep with hh.. but she didnt want to. so we were talking and eating koko crunch which some of them koped from the snack bar. no more keropok because the guys watching soccer ate it all up. the keropok was damn nice.

we decided not to disturb rachel, who was sleeping.. so we went to ghis, yiling and fel's room to talk. stella and i slept over at their room, which meant that stellla abandoned her sis, and i abandoned hh. haha. stella slept on the sofa bed, and i on the extra matress and the 3 of them on the twin bed. fel was telling us abt her myanmar trip... ghis suddenly exclaimed that she didnt brush her teeth. lol. yiling and i were the first to sleep, because we were closing our eyes and listening to fel & stella talk. i fell asleep very quickly, i didnt even know when. by that time, it was 3.30am, and we set the alarm at 8.30 the next morning. at 7 something stella turned off the air con cuz it was too cold.. then at 8.30am ghis' hp alarm rang... which was damn irritating. so we put it on snooze and slept for a while till it rang again. went back to my room to wash up and brush my teeth, cuz i didnt the night b4. haha. hh was still asleep. i think she realised i abandoned her. lol.

Day Three

we all went for breakfast tgt. this time, it was fried beehoon, egg bread and nasi lemak. ate and stoned while ghis and yiling were eating koko crunch. went back to change. we still had time before checking out.. so hh slept again. ghis, yiling, fel and i decided to walk to the beach.. since it was so nice. found a few guys snorkling there. we took off our shoes and walked on the smooth sand. and it was really smooth. with no litter, no twigs or whatever on it. totally opposite from s'pore beaches. it felt so good under our feet. we went into the clear water... so clear... so fresh. we walked along the beach with the wind in our hair... it was really good. felt like a movie. haha. we walked quite far from the resort... were writing our names on the sand. and we saw that justin had written his name on the sand.. so we decided to add something to it. haha.

decided to walk back with the wind blowing again.. went to wash our feet. then packed up and went to the lobby. sat there for a while playing those stupid games like black magic. then got onto the boat to make our way back to the jetty at mainland. some of them sat on the deck. we wanted to go up.. but it was hot up there.. so we stood somewhere in front inside to enjoy the scenery and breeze. the sea and wind was nice.. and ghis, fel and i were enjoying it fully. yiling had motion sickness, so she cldnt really join us. i was taking pictures with my phone. zuo jie joined us.. and we were talking to him, and not forgetting, suaning him. haha. was talking abt malaysia, since at least one of our parents were from m'sia. penang food! yum!!

we sat down there with the wind blowing us to sleep... but we reached. got onto the bus.. some of them went to the van...because there wasnt enough space. was eating twisties and talking to ghis for abt one hour. before deciding to sleep. fell asleep again till we reached terbrau city! oh.. i dreamt the night before that we didnt get to shop because of not enough time.. guess i was too tired. the rest dreamt abt stuff too. lol. and well, we really only got 1 hr.. because saiful was scared there'd be a jam. so we walked quickly thru the shops.. we found dunkin' donuts. was looking for A&W.. but it was changed to kenny rogers! argh! the shops were quite high end... kind of like vivo city. so the 4 of us ended up at jusco, buying sushi, bb gum and snacks for lunch.

as with all s'poreans, dunkin donuts is an all time favourite, because there isnt a chain in s'pore. there was a whole line of us at the shop, picking from the wide array of donuts. buy 5 get 1 free for 10RM. the small ones were 20 for 8.40RM. so the 4 of us shared it. business was good for dunkin donuts that day. haha. so with everyone holding a packet of donuts, we boarded the bus and i gobbled up all the food we bought even b4 the bus started moving. lol.

it was jam for a while at the malaysian side of the causeway. at the customs at m'sia, i was seperated from the rest because of the m'sian passport thingy. so joined shu ying and yu yuan (aka fishball) who are fellow m'sians. i went to the auto gate.. the 2 of them didnt. they were fast... because they told me that the imigration officer just waved them thru! haha. they were worried that they cldnt get thru the s'pore side.. because the officer didnt even scan their passports. reached the s'pore side.. the others went thru the automated one... because they hadnt done it b4... so cool for them. joined shu ying and yu yuan again.. and we were talking abt how high tech s'pore was... then yu yuan said ours was even more high tech.. cuz the officer just waved them thru at the m'sian side.. so he said that actually the officer was a robot in disguise...using his eyes to automatically scan the passports. HAHA! got thru the customs and made our way to kranji mrt.

louis said some debrief stuff... and we said our thanks.. and left for home sweet home. must really thank them for leading us thruout the whole journey. took the mrt home with ghis and fel.. were talking abt the funny things that happened during the trip.. esp the 'aeroplane' shooting star thing. haha. came home to watch show.. and i ko-ed at 10pm.. cuz i only got 5 hours of sleep the night before.

been typing for quite long... so i shall not really write much abt reflections. all i will say is that it was a really enriching time builing the bridge, and bonding with fellow njcians and seeing things that you wont get to see in s'pore. it was esp great being able to interact with my classmates and know them better and the experience was really once in a lifetime, esp walking in the dark for 2 hours. great and meaningful!~

if you ask me, when was the last time i touched my bowling ball? i wouldnt be able to reply. or maybe i'll say last night, while packing for this morning's training. haha.

anyway, i have to get up early for the next few days, starting today. tmr will be even worse, and sunday will be the earliest i've ever woken up on a sunday morning. horrible, horrible. training was at bkt batok westwood bowl... and did i say how FAR it was? it took about 1hr. games were -_- because of the fact that i havent trained since... i dunno when... and because we werent used to the lanes. everyone was high.. even the guys. haha. high game for me was 132.. all the rest was pure shit. i fell asleep on the train on the way back.

have to drag my sleepy self to kranji tmr.. but i must say i'm quite excited about going on the cip trip (but i havent packed yet). although it might not have as much ammenities as Bintan, but i think it'll be fun to hang out with my classmates. Afterall, everyone's almost gone here. Raf's off to hta today (all the best!).. and dear xt & jaime will be leaving soon. this would prove a good time to catch up with my classmates and acsians and sec4 classmates! yay! well, the thing i'm looking fwd to in the trip is of course.. the bridge.. and the shopping! gosh, i know it's no different from s'pore shopping.. but it'll be cool. but first, i have to crack my head on what to get for people.. in case they come running after me with knives. some are easy to get, some.. difficult.

i'm falling into a state of depression again.. because of how i feel abt certain things. throughout these years i've come to acknowledge the fact that i'm domineering over certain things, and dont really want to share them. yeah, call me selfish. i just feel that people would rather spend their time & money on things that i find unecessary. well.. maybe going away and spending time with others would help me get over this. but that's only temporary. well.. heck. the more i worry, the older i get. haha.

bridge! here i come!~

woke up at 9am and cldnt wake up. ergh. tmr is sleep-all-you-want-day. hahas. anywaY... had bowling meeting at KAP.. and we were talking abt the teachers and abt j2 life. ARGH. j2 life.. ARGH.

anyway... went home to eat lunch, before meeting xt & jaime to go to compass point. ma'ams wanted to pierce their ears. walked ard for a while.. and found out that raf was with his mom & sisters.. shopping at compass too! lol. went down to find him.. and met edwin later. haha. walked ard.. because people were freaking out abt piercing ear. anyway.. went to kfc to eat.. raf & edwin joined us later. were making jaime pick the present thingy.. and raf used his hp to do so. and gosh.. how come it's so coincidental? haha.

went down to pierce ear. xt went 1st.. then jaime.. then me. i pierced my sensitive ear. damn it. it's still a bit pain now. got a feeling i have to close it in time to come. i'll have 1 week of no good sleep again. anyway.. went to find the guys again. but went off again to shop for presents for the people.. haha. found out that raf & edwin had left.. so we left too.

argh. pain!~

wake up early early again today. was walking ard the house with my eyes half closed this morning. edwin chan called to rush me. left the house.. and edwin called me again when i was on the bus. i reached 10 mins early! -_-. thanks ah. was supposed to meet jaime but i woke her up. erGh.

took 53 past pl again. looks like they've moved back. i wanna go see!! anyway.. halfway thru the journey.. severe pain in the stomach.. so had to alight and find panadol. lol. left edwin to get there first. cldnt find panadol.. so took the next 53 to changi airport. met shafik along the way at terminal 2. so walked with him to find the rest. raf, edwin, gly, danica, linyi were there alr. took the sky train to T1 to eat. xt said she wouldnt be coming..jaime was sleeping. so that made me quite (damn) pisst off alr.. and edwin had to rub salt to the wound. if not for sending shafik off, i'd have gone off there and then. so sat at the food court.. was really pisst off then.. but decided to keep my cool and act normally.

took the sky train back to T2.. edwin was pushing raf on the trolley. hung ard the departure hall with shafik & his mom. raf pushed me in the trolley.. and was demonstrating drifting with me in it. lol. the girls said they wanted to push raf while we were walking.. but they had an ulterior motive.. to abandon him! lol!

the time came for shafik to leave.. so we said our goodbyes (as if he's not coming back).. *sob sob. haha. all the best shafik! =)

took a train to outram park. lin yi had to go take out her braces. it's been 8 years since i've gone to NDC.. lin yi took quite fast. but we werent allowed to see her take out her braces. she came out smiling like crazy. and looking at her teeth. lol! she cldnt stop smiling and taking pictures of her teeth. took a train to vivo city (my 5th time), went to the cinema to buy tickets to watch casino royale. they got the very front row. lol. i decided not to watch, because i was sleepy. went to ljs to eat first.. treated raf to ljs because he was a kind soul to help me buy. lol.

after eating.. went outside to play with the things there.. took pictures. was trying to get edwin to tell who he got for the christmas thing. and was asking everyone what they wanted for christmas in case i knew who got them. lol. kept asking him. the girls went to play in the water.. raf was taking pictures.. edwin was singing 'only love'. lol. it was damn hot up there. i think i'm pink right now. took some more pics.. before going to the toilet.. where lin yi was staring at her teeth again. haha.

they went to watch the movie.. i came home. been waking up early since sat.. and have to wake up early tmr again. bleahs.~

3rd dEcEmbEr 2006

-_-zZzZZ cldnt wake up for church. been waking up so early for the past few days. met xavier while walking to the bus stop outside my house. said hi only after my mom passed. haha. or not a million qns will start bombarding me again. was online after church trying to figure out html again. but apparently i cant. but i dont believe i cant. i sld have studied computing. i seem to like html.

went out at 6.30 to punggol park (and i had a hard time finding it). met xt, raf, gly, danica. shafik came.. and we went to packet food from the coffee shop. hokkien mee for xt and i. =) walked to 7-eleven to buy drinks. (and i mean 'drinks') lol. walked to harmony park to eaT. raf & shafik's nasi goreng was really a lot. there was a sign there which was supposed to say 'please keep the place clean'. but someone apparently tore off the letters.. so it said 'please kee the place lean'. HAHA. they wanted to put a 'may' behind. lol! anyway... shafik & raf were super funny. made gly laugh until she wanted to vomit. haha. then xt recorded down our conversation for no reason.. so we happened to record down the part where shafik told us abt when he was young... and how he used hot water to pour on the turtle! we said we wanted to send the recording to the spca. haha.

anyway.. xt didnt bring her bottle opener. so we had a hard time opening the drink. we used the bbq pit, the floor, the railing, keys.. shafik managed to open it.. but many pieces of cement went into the drink. haha. peach flavour is disgusting.. really tasted like medicine. walked to the bus stop to send danica and gly off.. raf kicked a broken shoe onto the road. lol!

after they went off, we decided to go to punggol end. to see stars. took 82.. no stars! we saw ppl fishing.. and i was on the phone with jaime, begging her to go to see shafik off the next day. we left after a while.. cuz raf needed to go back. met mrs tan hui huang there! lol! too bad she doesnt know me. caught the bus.. and on the bus.. we were discussing abt the present thing.. shafik bluffed me saying that he got xt... haha. when her name hasnt been picked yet! so we were trying to guess who got who.

alighted at srgn int... and met dar loh & ryan there. lol. talked to them for a while.. gosh.. they like to tease the fish. haha. anyway.. came home and fell asleep quite fast. maybe it's because of the drink.. we ears were damn red in the bus.. blood circulation too good. haha. had to wake up early the next day anyway.

i'vE been sleeping till 11am every morning and suddenly i have to wake up at 7.30am! imagine how -_-zZzZz i was today. anyway.. so many people started msging me this morning... at 7.30am. lol. that's when i found out that huihua's going for the m'sia cip trip too!

made my way to yishun, met ghis and the rest of the ppl going. took a bus to sembawang cc. there, the instructor, saiful, gave the briefing. he's funny, teasing the ppl he knew. esp the guys.. abt wanting to know the girls more. anywaY... we're building a bridge. and it looked complicated first.. but it turned out ok. was sitting next to hh in the conference room.. and i think she told fel & ghis all the lame things abt me in sec school. so i did the same to her.

we breaked for lunch. went to somewhere to eat. a lot of houseflies. and i mean a lot. we split into our groups.. i'm with fel!! oh.. and about our grps.. someone suggested blossom, bubbles & buttercup.. so we adopted it. ARGH. haha. there was a forth grp.. so that's mojo jojo. lol! my grp's in charge of building the far bank. that's the end of the bridge. and i must say.. we have the slackest job.

went back for run thru verbally.. thrice.. before going down to the field to test it out. basically my grp members were stoning.. we were supposed to test the tension of the rope. and hh's grp had to walk 100m up and down. (the bridge is abt 100m) well... looks like i'm sharing rooms with hh. the trip really brings back memories of bintan trip last year. hh and i kept talking and reminiscing abt the past. but in bintan.. we were closer to each other. all np-ians anyway. so we could do crazy things.

took a bus to yishun.. fel went off.. so walked with ghis to the pasar malam to buy drinks before going to north point to walk. window shopped...but nth much to see. so walked ard.. until xt called me and almost killed me for still being at yishun. LOL. sorry ma'am! so abandoned ghis at toa payoh... and took a bus to srgn. met her at the prata stall near edwin's house. raf was at edwin's house... apparently making a blog for edwin. (xt says it sounds gay. lol) xt had to go work and i had dinner at home.. so cldnt join the guys for dinner. had to take a bus to the mrt station. and i thought 147 & 43 cldnt go.. and ended up getting scolded by edwin. haha.

damn sleepy now. i'm sleeping early tonight!~

granD opEninG of vivo citY. it's so coincidental that xt gets to go there for work. promised i would go down to support her.. as if i wanted to stay at home. anywaY.. brought my mom to vivo city.. since she hadnt been there before.. and that was my forth time going there. lol. ate at food republic and i kinda regret eating the stupid kimchi fried rice. went shopping ard... but most things there were so high end.. so i only ended up buying one pencil box... (believe it or not, i've used my pencil box for 4 years).

weNt to find xt at the hawker centre. one of her team mates approached me first.. so paiseh.. had to say that i was looking for xt. haha. donated to xt.. lols. anyway... xt and her fren were tired so we went down to the mrt station to wait for raf & shafik. it's a tough job. and not suitable for people like me.. who are afraid to face rejection. and tiring. anyway.. raf & shafik reached (finally), and they made xt & i draw lots for the christmas party wols is having. supposed to get a pressie for that person. OH MAN!! HAHA. who xt got... she ended up laughing. and who i got.. i ended up laughing too.. but then i realised.. i HAVE NO IDEA what to get. haha. well.. i have 25 days left. oh.. my wish list!! (SE K800i hp & a digi cam!) HAHA.

anyway... xt went to resume work.. raf, shafik and i went to walk walk at vivo. argh. my feet were killing me. been walking ard vivo so many times. anyway... shafik was hinting at what he wants for christmas.. just in case any one of us got him for the present thingy.. damn funny. went to the hypermart.. and a few shops.. raf got attracted to the cars dvd. went to toys r us and sat down at the car section for raf & shafik to look thru. lol.

went back to support xt.. because she was having a hard time.. sigh. she had to go back.. so the rest of us took 80 back. the bus was freaking cold! shafik tried means and ways to block the air con.. lol. let shafik hear the mr brown thing.. so funny.

anyway.. got to go for briefing tmr.. argh. so early! i doubt i can wake up.~

sUpPosEd to go find xt at her job today... but i guess she was so tired from her first day that she cldnt wake up today. it was raining cats and dogs.. so i cldnt go out earlier to meet the rest of wols. by the time i reached heartland it was alr 3pm. well... met raf & the girls. danica wasnt in the country, edwin had left for a chalet and shafik had gone to the bank. dear jaime had cambridge dinner to go for. wonder who got ms cambridge this year? lol. xt came later and joined us at minitoons.. where lin yi was buying presents. shafik had gone off again to meet his oc. (xt asked "where did shafik go?" THREE times. WOLS!!) anyway... we went upstairs and xt and i got attracted to the phones. she wanted to change phone to k800i. then we'll have the same phones. lol. found out that my phone has a $120 value trade in (i thought it was worth $10 or something). but the phone was still freaking expensive.

xt was hungry.. so we went down to eaT kfc. was browsing her themes in her hp and this vulgar one came up. lol. xt was looking at the guys selling the coupons thing... which was the same company she was working for. anyway.. went to arcade.. the girls & raf played drums (and i think mine & xt's mind can only process audition arrows.. not drums!) xt and i played photo y2k again.. after waiting for damn long. there was this guy waiting for the drums.. and he was freaking irritating.

anyway... we left.. to go to srgn there to meet shafik. but i followed xt to go meet her fren, joanna.. who was working at macs... she was sitting outside. xt started entertaining herself.. her fren kept laughing. then we started some 'salt' and 'sugar' thing... xt said she wanna put sugar on my fries.. and i said i wanted to put salt into her mcflurry. was looking out for the buses that were turning in.. my eyesight power! lol. left with xt a while later.. we were strolling.. thinking the bus wld take quite a while to turn out.. and we ended up running for it.

passed pl @ lor ah soo... and gosh... it's been TWO years. they're now moving back to where pl belongs. and i can still rmb moving into the holding school! anyway.. the new pl.. hMm... all i can say is that i really really really miss the old pl. the school that i went to since i was p5 (when pl pri started renovating). the new pl just feels so cold... so concrete. like that's any different from where i am now. *smirK.

walked into lor liew lian to find them... bought drinks for them. sharon saw us! but we didnt see her. she was going out i guess. so sad. sat at the playgrd.. and i decided that i wanted to blade.. since gly & linyi had their blades. borrowed gly's.. xt helped me at the void deck. initially i really didnt know what i was doing.. rolling on the blades from one pillar to another. lol! then i picked it up... cld bring myself fwd for a while.. but still have to grab onto the pillar for support! seriously.. after looking at edwin learn to blade at east coast that day... i had some concerns. lol! but i only fell once.. on my butt... which was damn funny. but i must thank my 'shifu' for teaching me how to blade! or else i'll just be falling down all the way! lol. she was making me laugh.. and each time i laughed, i off balanced. was trying to show the rest that i cld swim while blading! lol!

went to join raf, shafik, gly & lin yi after abt 1 hr.. after my left leg started aching. (my left leg's retarded. haha) raf was trying to harmonise us.. only to get funny 'LAs' from us. the girls went off, xt went to take bus from another bus stop.. raf, shafik and i walked to interchange. talk talk till my bus came..

i think my legs are gonna ache tmr.. but now i feel like blading till i know how to blade well! my sis has blades.. but i have no one to support me or anything to hold on to because downstairs is an open space. hAhA.~

wenT to kelly's house today. to entertain her sister, rachel. lol. she's cute.

met xt at heartland bus stop.. took a bus to her house. rachel was waiting at the door. lols. kelly offered us alot of chocolate. xt's been craving for chocolates. lol. rachel wanted to play scrabble.. so we did. and we came up with 3-letter words cuz we cldnt think of any. then i didnt know whether there was such a word as 'chops' (but there sld be..) so xt came up with 'i chops you'.. damn funny! was watching xiao hai bu ben the series on her tv.. they taped almost every episode... so cool!

we got bored of scrabble... so we played game of life. xt and i were quite blur.. they had these 'life' cards to take.. so xt and i said that we had life.. and the two sisters didnt. lol! then xt took a career card.. she chose entertainer.. lol! her income was $40 000. i chose policeman...because i cld earn $10 000 everytime someone rolled a 10. my income was $90 000! lol. xt was jealous. but xt kept getting pay day. rachel drawed the $100 000 income card.. and i evil-ly exchanged hers with mine.. HAHA. i'm mean. =)

i finished last.. but i got the most money! $745 000. haha. how i wish i had that amt in real life. lol. went to play audition for a while on her com... only to get disconnected half way. nvm. lol. was watching the 5.30pm ch 8 show on tv... rachel was disturbing xt while she was tying her hair. lol. rachel showed us this globe thing.. and xt sent one to me.. there was water in it.. so she typed "fish! get in!". HAHA. we found it fascinating.. so i sent one back to xt. and i've sent three to raf, shafik & edwin.. from me and on behalf of xt. lol!

went off to heartland. we found out that raf, shafik spent the day "rotting" at edwin's house. we met them at heartland. they were in the sports shop.. i was outside singing christmas songs. gosh.. how i love them. i only get to sing them once a year. went to macs to watch the guys eat... i had dinner at home. took the CI course book from raf's bag and started reading the outdoor part.. all the knots, lashes, tents notes. then the campfire songs page. xt and i were looking at the content page.. and thought that those were the songs itself. but they looked like names of all the songs.. so xt thought... "remix ah?" HAHAHAHA. then we realised it was the content page! hahahahaha!! i think we're really really wols. we were singing cheers while the guys were eating.

the guys went off to the arcade. xt and i went home. i was starvinG! anyway... wish upon a star was so nice! taufik sang! wheEeE. going to have a half day preparation for cip trip.. at sembawang cc! lols. so ulu.~

25 NoVeMbER 2006

i booked the pool room downstairs for the usual gang... but before that went to meet raf & shafik at interchange to eat lunch. jaime came late[r]. jaime and i ate 'bak chor mee! mee pok tah mai ter kua!' hahaha! for those who heard the latest mr brown... you'll know. anyway.. xt joined us later. we took a bus to my house. surprisingly the guard didnt make noise abt me bringing so many people in. raf's either good or damn tyco. i said he must have had secret trng during the time when i had promos and the others their o's. lol.

edwin joined us later. (he needs no help in getting to the pool room... he's too too familiar. lol!) we realised we havent played pool in a long long time.. so many of us were rusty. jaime was attempting to watch prison break.. but not very successful since the rest were making so much noise. we were singing 'tokyo drift' to annoy everyone. raf was singing '12 days of christmas'... and we only knew up to 5 golden rings.. so it's 6 something something.. and shafik replaced 'and a partrich in a pear tree' to 'and a picture of shafik'! HAHA. shafik's frens came to play 1 game... with shafik & ting. then there was this instant where shafik wanted to tell jaime something...

jaime: what? f*** you.

HAHAHAHAHA. my goodness..i think shafik was hurt. but the rest of us were laughing. the guys were looking at the drill book raf brought.. and i forgot all my drills le. lol. then we played three against three: raf, edwin, shafik vs xt, jaime, me. we put pumpings as a forfeit.. as usual. and for goodness sake.. we lost like shit.. haha! we did 5 men's style... then we lost again... 20 women's. then we were winning... but jaime hit in the black ball! everyone burst out laughing! so 25 women's. we increased the stakes to 30 women's for us and 60 women's for the guys. many times we were left with 1 black ball for either side to hit in.. and it was up to me... to hit in that one black ball.. and YES!! I DID!! HAHAHAHAHA!! everyone started laughing again... the girls... because of victory (finally) and the guys...because of 60 pumping. i laughed till i fell to the floor.

xt filmed down 5 mins of the pumpings... the 3 guys squeezed in one corner... freaking funny. they did 5 and shafik started laughing.. making the rest of us laugh.. then jaime was asking them to do properly.. left leg over right leg, diamond, butts down... lol! then shafik did with his butt up and going only a little down... damn funny! then shafik used his leg to kick edwin's butt... but hit his tailbone... and edwin fell to the floor! hAHA!! that made us laugh like mad again. his face was damn red. raf used his slippers to put between his knees and the floor... damn funny.

we did the last 15 with them. they did guys style... since girl's was damn funny... and shafik really cldnt stop laughing. then they came up to my house because some wanted to play piano, some computer and some sleep. lol. played audition.. xt's damn pro at normal mode.. she cld play 168bpm! argh! i only know how to play beat up... haha. we let the guys try... and i think raf got addicted to it.

raf was teaching edwin to play 'right here waiting' on the piano. edwin got 3/4 of it.. except the last part.. i was trying to teach him too... but obviously i cant teach a 16-year old guy. lol! the guys were outside playing audition, the girls were in my room talking. when i came out... i saw that raf had finally got the beat up mode... yay! too bad his com cant play. or not i think he'd be addicted to it. i played flying duck... my fingers ached after that.

then at abt 7.. we left to eat dinner. went to gardens.. while waiting for the bus.. the guys were talking abt pri school days since sgps was next to my house. so i guess we girls started talking abt plmgps. was supposed to eat prata... but edwin wanted to eat chomp chomp... and the rest didnt mind.. so we did. jaime and i were crazy over kueh pie ti (since i only get to eat it in penang) we found a seat...but needed chairs since it was a handicap seat... so we had to order seafood from the seafood stall. jaime and i treated them sting ray... shafik treated us drink. thanks! we ordered 10 kueh pie ti... and $4 hokkien mee for 3 of us to share. the sting ray was good. and so was everything else. lol. edwin ate what the 3 of us shared... lol. i think the guys were damn full after that.

jaime had to go home.. the rest of us went to heartland. on the bus... i was whinning abt wanting to cycle at ubin.. and kayak. stupid edwin said i cldnt cycle well.. just because of that day at east coast! i kept punching him. lol. then i dunno when...but shafik & raf got quite high... or... freaking high.. they started laughing at everything they said. shafik dared raf to go to a few places to ask whether the food was halal... raf really went to yoshi and sakae. their laughter made xt and i laugh. theN we were talking abt taking a coach to m'sia.. so we said we wanted to go immediately. then xt said i had to tell my mom that i went from chomp chomp---> heartland---> overseas! lol!

shafik went to the bank to draw money.. and they were still damn high.. made us laugh like crazy at the atm machine again. walked to the arcade. xt and i were watching some guys play the drums.. damn.. extreme and damn fast...so pro! edwin & raf played the shooting game again.. xt and i were bored.. so we spent time playing photo y2k. lol. shafik & raf played initial D.. xt and i decided to steal raf's slippers. haha.

xt went off to find her fren at macs. raf & shafik went to meet their TO. edwin had to go comfort a fren who was in distress. i was teasing edwin at the bus stop abt crying. lol! he was asking me what to say as comfort. we met kelly... who was going home from work. edwin asked whether there was any position for him.. but she said they only hired girls. lol. boarded the bus with edwin.. and he was still asking me what to say to comfort a fren. was laughing at some of the things... he asked me to follow him.. but i had to choose btwn following him and getting grounded till next year for not going home on time.. like as if that's a choice! lol. he said he'd pay for the starting fare of taxi and i.. the rest.. and i stupidly agreed because i forgot abt midnight charge. lol.

i went home anyway.. because i dont want to be grounded for the rest of my life. haha. had to call this guy regarding the cip trip.. there's safety briefing on a saturday. maybe i'll knock my head there and become a genius! haha. many of them arent going to be ard in dec... so i figured i might as well go for the cip trip. but they're going off at different times. shafik.. to brunei for obs.. raf.. to cibtc.. xt & jaime.. for holiday... and me.. m'sia to build a bridge. lol!

i havent laughed so hard in a long time till yesterday. and i realised that they're people i want to keep with me as long as i can hold on to. it's only with them that i'm really able to be myself and i will treasure that. all the way!! =)

i went to chinatown with xt & her frens... for a job interview. but that job didnt have a basic pay. only comission. went back to heartland where xt's fren asked her to go for some talk abt macs. i went to find raf, shafik & hanlong. they were watching the bball match... RI vs yuying. raf was telling me abt his CI course details... woah... really sounded like NS. cant go home.. stuck at hta & ubin. and he was telling me abt his uniform collection and stuff... sounded really interesting. and abt their camp at sg.

then edwin came... he looked like he just woke up... and he really did just wake up. lol. watched RI & yuying tie.. but yuying won in the end. edwin wanted to go to the arcade.. and so we did. on the way... the 3 of them were 'fighting'.. raf was trying to be the peacemaker. or rather, shafik was trying to hide behind raf because edwin was about to kill shafik for hitting him. lol. hl and i just stood at the side to watch the show. haha. raf & edwin played the shooting game. shafik played the drums. then xt came to join uS.. edwin paid for his, mine & xt's daytona game. stupid car cldnt start. and edwin took the advanced course! argH! lol.

went back to macs. xt had a free meal from macs. i was taking pics of everyone. lol. had to go home.. because i was hungry, and i had a show waiting for me! last episode of charmed. shit...why is everything ending this week? i have nth to watch next week. lol. the very last episode of charmed. and i missed so much! argh! damn it... i'm getting really emotional abt shows.. every sad part i feel like crying. guess what? i watched the last episode of goong for the 2nd time and cried even harder. argh. lol.

less than 1 day after coming back i went out. hEeX.

met jaime and the girls at srgn mrt. did i say how much i miss jaime? lol! she has been mia-ing for the past 3 months! xt cldnt make it.. saD. anyway, vivo gv tickets were sold out.. we wanted to watch step up... jaime keeps saying the guy is hot. raf & edwin joined us a while later. decided to go ps to try.. cldnt make in time for the 2pm show... so we bought the 1625 show. and went to kfc to eat. jaime kept wanting to walk and not stay at the same position. i think after mia-ing for 3 months she's become fast. lol.

atE le.. then walk walk ard ps with jaime... the others went their separate ways.. to meet back later. jaime and i walked ard window shopping.. as if i hadnt had enough shopping for the past 5 days! lol. went to buy snacks for the movie.. then went to arcade to find them. -_-'' as usual.

the movie was nice. esp the dancing part. jaime kept saying the guy was hot.. i think my sis would like it too. went walk walk ard ps again... jaime seriously has something against edwin... edwin kept talking to her but she didnt wanna talk to him! haha!! jaime's seriously freaking fast.. she kept wanting to walk... lols. in her heels! argh! so high! i kept bullying edwin tho... too bad no xt to accompany me =)

we met beishan! and we were just talking abt her...saying how long we havent seen her. argh!! she's still as crazy and mad... she hasnt changed in that part. so cool! talked to her for a while! so nice to see her!!

theN raf was buying tako pachi... jaime and i joined them and listening to part of edwin & kristle's conversation. apparently, edwin owed kristle pumping... so she wanted to claim it back. but... having no idea what they were talking abt at that time... it sounded really scandalous!

edwin: or on the train also can do.

something like that. jaime and i were laughing hysterically... while edwin was trying to explain to shafik the joke using "zhe ge zhe ge" and "na ge na ge". HAHA! so the guys really did their pumping in some secluded area... while jaime and i were in the earring shop. lol. finally took the train home.

was bullying edwin on the way home again. kept using water to wet the 3 guys today after coming out from the toilet. lol. and it's funny to see jaime and edwin argue. haha. havent seen that for 3 whole months. missed the whole LAST EPISODE of goong. and phua chu kang. lucky my mom tape. i know i'm crazy lar. haha. havent seen goong for so long. lol.
